No Plugins Show Up

If you start TorchView and you don't see any plugins (all you see is the menu) then it may have been caused by this issue:

Windows XP may block the contents of zips when they contain executables and dlls.  To fix this issue open the properties on the zip file and click "unblock". 

Now extract the files again and everything should work.
